Job Description
We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive the growth of our Pro Audio business across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on marketing experience and a strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in education, conferencing, or hospitality markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to Business Solutions verticals across Europe
* Drive awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV installation market
* Support sales enablement for our distribution and system integrator partners
* Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content
* Manage PR activities and media relations across Europe with agencies and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate customer events, trade shows, and product demos, including setup and brand representation
* Create compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers)
* Lead the planning and delivery of Audioversity training, both in-person and online
* Act as the key liaison for editors, associations, and industry bodies (e.g. education, corporate AV markets)
* Analyze market trends and provide insight-based recommendations to internal teams
* Collaborate on lead generation, CRM activities (Salesforce), and performance tracking
Requirements
* Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field
* Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or installation industries
* Strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in education, conferencing, or hospitality markets
* Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels
* Confident in public speaking, training delivery, and product presentations
* Skilful in content creation, social media, and press/PR activities
* Experience with tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools
* Willingness to travel across Europe for events, meetings, and training delivery
* Business fluent in English; (French, Spanish, German and other European languages are a plus)
