Key Responsibilities
8. Develop and implement technology roadmaps to achieve maturity gates demonstrating industrial performance and pre-industrialisation readiness
9. Protect Airbus intellectual property (IP) in all technology developments
10. Trade and develop innovative composite solutions for high-rate manufacturing of fuselage components
11. Support composite technology development including automation and inspection techniques
12. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, Stress, Quality, and Simulation Engineers to develop end-to-end industrial solutions
13. Cooperate with external partners, technological centers, and suppliers on new developments
14. Conduct risk assessments within projects
15. Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating technology maturity
Requirements
16. Master’s or Diploma in Engineering or Technical Science
17. Minimum 2 years’ experience in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Testing, or Composite Materials
18. Knowledge of project management
19. Basic knowledge of Composite Quality requirements, including manufacturing specifications, processes, and standards
20. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and transnational environment
21. Creative, open mindset with willingness to explore and learn
22. Strong team player
23. fluent english language skills
24. Willingness to travel is desirable
