Process Manager
Drive business excellence by leading process improvements across HR operations.
The Process Manager will oversee process management, ensure seamless employee services, and support continuous improvement in an international and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for HR processes within People Services.
* Contribute to the development of new techniques and workflows.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.
* Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to implement and roll out new procedures and processes.
* Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure a positive employee and customer experience.
* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in ServiceNow.
* Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
* Collaborate with other entities and locations to harmonize HR processes.
Profile:
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
* Solid knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and HR best practices.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools) and MS Office Suite.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
