We are seeking an experienced leader to head our global Market Access team, driving strategy for our innovative obesity & liver (O&L) portfolio. As a key member of the Commercial Early Brand Team, you will lead Market Access strategy development and collaborate closely with cross-functional global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Global team members, including regional and local colleagues, to prepare shape and drive global market access strategies as part of the indication strategies and pipeline assets
RWE, HEOR, PMO) address future evidence gaps, collaborating closely with the Medical Affairs team.
A visionary leader with deep expertise in market access and commercialization, extensive experience required in developing and executing global/regional/local market access strategies, integrating payer insights, and demonstrated ability to work in "white spaces".
Strong expertise in value-based pricing, evidence generation, and payer-focused value propositions to address future healthcare system needs and support future successful commercialization of pipeline Ability to align cross-functional teams, addressing future evidence gaps, and early development of external environments to ensure successful and sustainable patient access.
Several years of experience from one of the major markets, regions and/or global is desired - deep understanding of global healthcare systems (US, EU, Japan, China) and market dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies to archetype-specific requirements for optimal brand execution.
