We are looking for a R &D Project Planning Lead (m/f/d) to join our Automotive Intelligence & Planning team. Type of contract: Long term contract / Permanent Place of work: Wolfsburg Job Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for establishing and lead ing the new Project Planning Group within the R&D Division Create and structure candidate R&D themes based on company and business strategies Design and continuously improve planning, evaluation, and decision-making processes Evaluate, prioritize, and manage R&D themes including budget and resource perspectives Drive decision-making through structured analysis and stakeholder alignment Manage and visualize the R&D project and technology portfolio Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, business, and management teams Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to group members Act as a key interface between technical development and management decision-making Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in e ngineering (e.g., m echanical, e lectrical, a utomotive, s ystems e ngineering) 2 years’ pertinent experience in project planning Strong analytical and structured thinking skills U nderstanding of automotive development processes Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Microsoft Office, c ollaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint ), basic experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus Fluent in English and Japanese What we can offer you Flexible working hours Possibility of partial remote work A wide range of opportunities for personal development and training Competitive salary An international and multicultural working environment Company bike leasing https://www.sei-ae.com/ LinkedIn
