Category Manager Non-Food Position

The Non-Food category is a vital part of our product portfolio, and we are seeking a Category Manager to oversee its development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and plan one of the product categories for retail stores, focusing on markets such as home decor, kitchenware, or outdoor living.
* Conduct sales and inventory analysis to measure success and improve the international product range continuously.
* Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior nationally and internationally to identify areas for improvement.
* Critically evaluate our existing product portfolio and derive recommendations for future developments.
* Collaborate closely with the international purchasing team, product development department, and marketing division to ensure a consistent brand image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed studies in business administration or a comparable vocational training with several years of relevant work experience.
* Prior experience in product development or category management is desirable, along with knowledge in market research methodologies.
* Excellent analytical skills for informed decision-making.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas.
* Will to travel occasionally to gain insights into international markets and cultures.
* Ability to be present on-site 3 days per week.
