Job Purpose:
To collaborate with global R&D teams in enhancing wind turbine competitiveness in international markets by leading certification efforts, optimizing loads/controls, and driving design improvements through certification insights. Key responsibilities include:
a) Proactive identification and mitigation of certification risks for international projects;
b) Load and control optimization in type certification of complete machines and site suitability assessment;
c) Customization of certification solutions for international projects, as well as coordination and communication with third parties, clients, and other stakeholders;
d) Identification and optimization of issues during the complete machine certification process to guide the optimization direction of core machine systems and achieve system optimization goals.
Position Requirements:
1、Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
2、Industry Experience: 10+ years of experience in the wind energy sector.
3、Strong internal coordination skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.
4、Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
5、Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
