Contract Management Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our contract management team.
* Drafting of notes and submission to the relevant authorities for review and approval.
* Maintenance of accurate records and updates in our database.
* Review of all documents (layout, proofreading, prefilling of templates).
* Publishing notices on e-tendering platforms.
* Drafting of reports (prequalification and evaluation)
* Validation of reports by the relevant committees
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a field such as business administration or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing administrative support.
* Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and good organizational skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and priorities, and be flexible and available when needed.
