Role Overview
As a Marketing Working Student at Berlin Bytes, you will support our marketing initiatives to improve lead generation, brand awareness, and increased engagement. This role involves creating content, working with external partners in content creation, assisting with our social media presence, and assisting with campaign execution and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation
: Assist with writing social media content, website copy, other platforms and media. Support with aligning our brand presence.
* Social Media Management
: Help maintain our social media accounts by supporting with content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with requests, and contributing ideas for content of our online presence and supporting the team.
* Campaign Support
: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, internally and with external partners.
* Market & Competitor Research
: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities that can enhance our marketing efforts.
* Data Analysis
: Use analytics tools to track the success of marketing campaigns and social media engagement and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
* Brand Consistency
: Ensure all content aligns with our brand's tone, style, and visual identity.
* Support with Sales Operations:
We don't work isolated at Berlin Bytes and values cross vertical collaboration. You will therefore work closely with the Sales team as well and support initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (native or C2) and English
* Creativity and an eye for detail, with experience in content creation or social media management
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, Ads)
* Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
