About the role:

Your contribution:
* Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for upstream/downstream processing activities across the manufacturing network
* Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
* Lead harmonization and standardization efforts for processes across multiple manufacturing sites and external partners
* Monitor manufacturing performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
* Drive technical life cycle management from late-stage development through commercialization & post-approval changes
A good match:
* Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* 6+ years of experience in upstream/downstream processing technologies, ADC experience, including chromatography, filtration, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
* Expertise in upstream/downstream technologies such as cell banks, bioreactors, harvest operations, chromatography, depth filtration, tangential flow, etc.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners, CDMOs effectively
* Strong analytical skills to monitor performance data and identify optimization opportunities
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration
* A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
