With €10 billion in assets under management, the firm invests across energy transition, transport, social infrastructure, and regulated utilities. The team is growing its presence in Frankfurt to further expand its footprint in continental Europe. Role Overview We are currently supporting our client in the search for an Associate Director to join the Investment Team in Frankfurt. Reporting to a Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in the origination, execution, and portfolio management of equity investments in infrastructure and renewable energy across the DACH region. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of infrastructure transactions, including greenfield and brownfield assets. Coordinate and manage external advisors across legal, technical, tax, and financial diligence. Negotiate key commercial documents (e.g. SPA, SHA, concession agreements). Prepare and present investment papers to the Investment Committee. Actively support origination and maintain relationships with developers, banks, and advisors across Germany. Contribute to post-investment value creation and performance monitoring. Candidate Profile 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure equity investing, project finance, or principal investing. Proven execution experience, ideally across both renewable energy and broader infrastructure sectors. Strong negotiation and financial modelling skills.
