Overall Responsibility & Leadership
* Full responsibility for the Finance department of the IronMaxx Group
* Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the Finance team (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Claims)
* Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (German GAAP / HGB)
* Ensuring accurate accounting of all operational transactions
* Continous development and digitalization of finance processes
* Key contact for Managing Directors, auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
Liquidity Management & Transfer Pricing
* Planning and ensuring sufficient group-wide liquidity
* Managing payment runs and optimizing working capital
* Designing and implementing a transfer pricing strategy
* Ensuring proper documentation for tax authorities
* Monitoring and controlling intercompany transactions
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management
* Monitoring and steering receivables management, including dunning and collection processes
* Controlling invoicing according to customer-specific requirements
* Handling invoice disputes and recourse cases
* Minimizing bad debt risks in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
* Responsibility for correct balance sheet recognition of liabilities
* Managing the invoice verification process
* Monitoring incoming and outgoing invoices
* Driving digital transformation within accounts payable
Claims Management & Risk Mitigation
* Coordination and settlement of claims cases
* Reviewing order parameters (items, customer master data, pricing)
* Supporting negotiations with customers and suppliers
* Safeguarding financial claims in cooperation with the Claims team
* Maintaining structured documentation and transparent data management
Your Skillset - As Strong As Our Protein
* Degree or completed training in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
* Ideally certified accountant or similar qualification
* Several years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a fast growing environment
* Strong expertise in preparing financial statements under German GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus
* Experience with complex financial structures and group accounting
* Knowledge of transfer pricing and tax regulations (VAT, intercompany pricing, audits)
* Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g. SAP, DATEV, Navision)
* Solid understanding of receivables, payables, and liquidity management
* Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
