As part of our pizzeria team in Edmondo in Hamburg, you’ll learn the foundations of pizza-making and develop step by step in a structured environment.
Your role & learning journey
You support the pizzeria team and build your technical skills:
* Prepare and portion dough ( Teig vorbereiten & portionieren )
* Support pizza assembly and topping ( Belegen der Pizzen )
* Work closely with the Pizzaiolo during service
* Ensure quality and consistency of ingredients
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
* Follow hygiene and food safety standards
This role is your first step towards becoming a Pizzaiolo.

* First experience in a kitchen or pizzeria is required
* Motivation to grow in a pizza-focused environment
* Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team
