We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Process Development, Digital to join our Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies Division in Freiburg.
What you will do:
In this role, you’ll support software project teams by developing, documenting, and improving digital processes. You’ll collaborate with developers and end users to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing efficient processes in collaboration with end users and development partners
2. Creating work instructions, validation documentation, and training materials
3. Leading the development of operational support models
4. Supporting process impact assessments for new digital tools
5. Managing technical discussions with R&D and customers
6. Driving improvements in legacy operational processes
7. Contributing technical content and documentation for project success
8. Expanding your knowledge in digital systems and tools
What You will Need:
Required:
9. B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field
10. 3+ years in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, or automotive preferred)
11. Excellent communication skills in English, enabling interaction in an innovative, international, and intercultural environment.
Preferred:
12. Experience in software development life cycle and design transfer
13. Familiarity with ISO 13845 or regulatory requirements, JIRA, Confluence, PowerApps, Windchill, Valgenesis
