Social Media Content Strategy & Ops Lead

The Mission: You are the strategic and operational heartbeat of Beiersdorfs content studio, called Studio NX, in the heart of Hamburg. This is a high-impact role for a strategic mind who loves the "how" as much as the "what." You don’t just manage production together with a Senior partner; you architect the flow of content, ensuring every post serves a performance goal and every global guideline is translated into high-performing local creative.
Strategic Content Ownership:
* Translate & Tailor: Take high-level Global/Regional strategies and turn them into concrete, platform-specific content plans.
* The "Editorial Eye": Review all digital assets (social, UGC, eComm) through a strategic lens. Does this meet the KPI?
* Commerce Integration & Optimization Drive cross-functional integration across eCommerce, Social, Marketing, and Media to streamline workflows and ensure all social-to-commerce touchpoints are optimized for maximum conversion impact.
* Trend Intelligence: You don't just "watch" trends; you strategically vet them to see which ones the brand should actually join.
Operational Leadership:
* Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as a bilingual (DE/EN) bridge between the Agency studio and Client departments (Brand, eCom, Legal). You have the seniority to push back on unrealistic deadlines and the expertise to earn a seat at the table.
* End-to-End Orchestration: Oversee the full lifecycle of content—from the initial strategic brief to the technical upload and performance reporting.
* Agency-Client Synchronization: Ensure the studio team has what they need from the client, and the client sees the strategic value the agency is delivering.
Your Profile:
* 3-5+ years in Social Media Strategy or Content Operations, strong understanding of social platforms
* Bilingual: Professional fluency in German and English is essential.
* The “Consultant" approach : You are comfortable being the "external" expert. You can navigate corporate structures without losing your creative edge.
* Analytical mindset: able to interpret KPIs, platform data and competitor insights and turn them into clear, actionable creative recommendations.
* Professional Maturity: You know your career path and have moved past the "orientation" phase. You are a resilient, "tough cookie" when needed, but a diplomatic problem-solver always.
* Team Spirit: You love our colorful world and its people. You’re a team player who is genuinely “fun to work with.”
