On behalf of our Global Key Client, RED is currently looking for:
Position : SAP SD OTC/OTI - StreamLead
Location: Kassel, Germany
Mode: Hybrid
Start : ASAP
End : 12 months contract + extension
Capacity : 5 days/week

* Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analysing, developing, and improving workflows.
* Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness.
* You will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, while designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
* You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
* Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
* Expert proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
* Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
* Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Process Design Mapping and Analysis is suggested.
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements.
* Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
* Implement best practices in process design to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with cross-functional teams.
* Language skills: English (C1), German (C1)
* Work location: Kassel - Germany, 40% onsite work required
