PixoAnalytics is an innovative AI & Computer Vision company based in Bonn/Germany. We are looking for a business development manager to support our growth internationally.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager in Sales and Marketing (m/f/x) at PixoAnalytics, you will be at the forefront of our growth in this future-oriented market. You will play a pivotal role in our Sales activities, guiding customers from initial contact to the finalization of offers. At PixoAnalytics, we believe in hands-on experience, and you may even find yourself interacting directly with clients, including Fortune 100 companies.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also have the exciting opportunity to spearhead and execute captivating social media campaigns on LinkedIn. Our work environment is a hybrid of remote and in-office collaboration and travel internationally for up to 20% of your work time.

Your Future Tasks:

* Sales Support:
Lead Generation Internationaly
* CRM Management: Record and maintain opportunities in our CRM system.
* Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and set up proposals and related documents.
* Coordination:
Manage appointment scheduling and travel coordination.
* Marketing Support:
Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and social media initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience:
At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar environment.
* Communication Skills:
A self-assertive and communicative personality, adapt at handling clients and colleagues.
* Marketing and Sales:
Familiarity with sales lead generations
* Sales Proficiency:
Strong sales skills, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and territory management.
* Track Record:
Proven success in achieving measurable sales goals, with a focus on accurate lead data management in a CRM system.
* Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, Hubspot etc.).
* Social Media:
Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Xing.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English as a must, German as an asset
