• Co-lead governance meetings, contribute to policy design, and serve as a key decision-maker to ensure alignment with global standards and budgets
• Act as a liaison between regional process managers and leadership teams to incorporate stakeholder needs into global initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance on L2C process improvements tailored to business needs while building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Define KPIs for assigned sub-processes to measure performance and drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage analytics to ensure data quality and prepare impactful reports/dashboards for senior leadership
A Good Match:
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash or related fields within multinational environments; experience in listed companies within the pharmaceutical/medtech/life science industry is advantageous
• Proven ability to lead cross-regional/cross-functional teams in a matrixed global environment while fostering collaboration and adherence to process standards
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations (SD, MM, FI modules); familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is essential
• Strategic mindset with expertise in defining long-term visions and aligning global processes with organizational goals while anticipating challenges in diverse markets
• Strong skills in leveraging data analytics/KPIs to monitor process performance and drive LEAN-based improvements
• Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders across diverse teams, cultures, and senior leadership levels
• In-depth knowledge of process governance/compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, IFRS, SOX)
