Location Frankfurt / Main What You’ll Do Develop and implement a CRM and e-CRM communication strategy through creative, engaging and targeted campaigns. In‑depth understanding of client’s customer data and/or data to identify customer pain points and sequential experiences. Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns. Align on omni‑channel experiences of the customer journey, constantly improving processes to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion and customer retention rate. Work closely with Data analytics, Web and creative team to develop effective and integrated campaigns. Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations. What You Bring 7+ years of strategy experience focused on CRM. Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, UX, Communications, or related field); Master’s or CX certifications. Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes. Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving campaigns. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Fluent German/English skills. Proficient in MS PPT and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and quality control in execution and deployment. Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
