Deine AufgabenAs a Program Manager in our Education team, you become part of a dynamic team and join our mission to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow! Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within the following fields:You own the planning and execution of our educational programs -- from coordinating venues, catering and materials to preparing pre-, during- and post-checklists that keep everything running smoothlyYou manage participant communication across our programs: onboarding new cohorts, keeping participant data up to date and being the go-to contact for questions and coordinationYou take care of program documentation and administration -- maintaining our tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive), keeping calendars updated and ensuring our folder structures and resources are always in orderYou support budget administration and financial tracking -- contributing to monthly reporting, expenditure forecasts and the preparation of contracts for freelancers and trainersYou build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, coordinating schedules, managing deliverables and ensuring a smooth collaboration experienceYou explore and apply AI tools -- ideally Claude or similar -- to automate recurring workflows, improve processes and help us build more scalable program operationsYou support the preparation of funding applications and project proposals -- researching requirements, coordinating contributions and ensuring timely submission
Dein ProfilCompleted degree in a relevant field -- e.g. Business, Education Management, Social Sciences, Innovation or similar2-4 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in an educational or non-profit contextEffective communication skills in written and spoken English and German (min. C1)Structured, reliable and detail-oriented -- you manage multiple programs in parallel without losing the threadConfident use of tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or Miro a plusCuriosity for AI tools -- ideally first experience with Claude or similar -- and an interest in applying AI to automate workflows and build smarter processes in an educational contextAn entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and genuine interest in leadership, education and the innovation ecosystemExperience with EU funding schemes or grant management (e.g. EIT, Horizon, BMBF) a plus
