(Junior) IT Architect HR Solutions (m/f/d)
We are looking for you! As a (Junior) IT Architect HR Solutions (m/f/d), you will work with our national and international clients of various sizes and industries to implement and roll out modern HR software solutions, such as Cornerstone OnDemand, UKG and SmartRecruiters. You will design new IT landscapes and integration concepts for a wide range of software products and then implement them. All topics related to integrations and interfaces of SaaS solutions fascinate and challenge you.
What can you expect?
You will support the implementation of human resources software
You will be the central contact person for questions relating to the integration of the software solution, coordinate the setup of various types of interfaces and help implement them
You will design the technical data flows between different software products, such as Azure, SAP, web services, etc.
In addition to day-to-day business, you will be involved in exciting developments of new and future-oriented integrations for our software partners
You can also help shape our internal processes and actively contribute your ideas

What are you bringing with you?
You have successfully completed a university degree – e.g., in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Psychology, Social Sciences, a related field, or a comparable qualification.
You have gained initial professional experience through various internships in the HR field and have become familiar with working in a digital HR setup.
You possess basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language.
You have experience with web services (SOAP, REST, etc.) and an understanding of JSON, XML, and XSLT.
You have initial experience with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0).
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
You have a strong affinity for IT, pronounced analytical skills, and the willingness to engage with new and complex topics.
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and take ownership of your topics – from idea to implementation (ownership mentality).
You have the ability to think through problems end-to-end and independently develop well-thought-out, sustainable solutions.
You work in a solution-oriented way, regularly reflect on your actions, and continuously develop yourself.
You are team-oriented and have strong communication skills.
You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English – both orally and in writing – and are willing to travel occasionally.
In the first six months.
You will take on your first projects as (partial) project manager.
You know your way around the software solution and can explain the basic functions to customers well - your team will support you with more complex questions.
You present yourself competently and confidently to your customers.
