* Entwicklung und Umsetzung regionaler Einkaufsstrategien im Einklang mit der globalen Procurement-Strategie
* Steuerung des gesamten 3rd Party Einkaufsvolumens für Projekte in der Region EMEA
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Legal, Sales, Projekt Management und regionalem Management als Business Partner
* Frühe Einbindung in die Vertriebsphase zur Definition von Make-or-Buy- und Sourcing-Strategien
* Markt- und Trendanalysen zur Sicherstellung von Versorgung, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Preisstabilität
* Führung von Lieferantenverhandlungen mit Fokus auf Kosten, Qualität und Risikoabsicherung
* Sicherstellung der Lieferkontinuität und aktives Risikomanagement in der Projektbeschaffung
* Beitrag zur Profitabilität von Projekten durch optimierte Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisse
* Umsetzung von Einsparzielen und EBIT-Beiträgen für die Region EMEA
* Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen
* Implementierung von Lieferantensegmentierung und Performance-Review-Prozessen
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Einkaufsrichtlinien, Prozessen und regulatorischen Vorgaben
* Enge Abstimmung mit Global Procurement und Category Management
* Harmonisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Tools
* Erstellung und Analyse relevanter Procurement-KPIs für die Region sowie dessen Berichtswesen
What you need to succeed
* Mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen und strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im internationalen Projektumfeld
* Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt-Sourcing, bevorzugt im Intralogistik- oder Automatisierungsumfeld
* Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auf Augenhöhe mit Stakeholdern
* Starkes kaufmännisches und finanzielles Verständnis
* Fähigkeit, komplexe Märkte, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten ganzheitlich zu beurteilen
* Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz auf allen Organisationsebenen
* Überzeugendes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
* Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in Performance-Bewertungsprozessen
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vertrags-, Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP R/3 MM) und MS Office
* Erfahrung in internationalen, matrixorganisierten Unternehmen
* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsstärke in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
