About this Position What you´ll do Develop and execute the Pan-European Selective Retail strategy across key retail partners and markets Drive commercial growth, assortment strategy, launches, and omnichannel activation across the selective retail channel Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering high performance, capability building, and succession planning Own and steer business performance, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and financial target delivery Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, including Sephora and other selective retail accounts Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful execution and business growth Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial and profitability targets What makes you a good fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Selective Retail, preferably in the Beauty industry Passion for Selective Retail with a strong understanding of premium beauty distribution and customer dynamics Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and business planning Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Fluent English skills, both written and spoken This role involves approximately 10–15% business travel across Europe.
