We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated (Senior) Scientist to join our Biomarker Development team. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field, and has advanced expertise in immunohistochemistry (IHC) methods and assay development. Oversee and review biomarker-related clinical documents, including protocols, study reports, laboratory manuals, and sample management plans.
Support IHC assay development, optimization, and clinical implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external laboratory partners.
Contribute to vendor oversight, ensuring assay performance and data quality meet program requirements.
PhD in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to review and comment on clinically relevant documents such as study protocols, reports, and laboratory manuals.
Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct, biomarker data flow, and regulated documentation practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
