We are looking for a Legal Counsel who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a tangible impact on the energy transformation. What You'll Do Act as the primary legal advisor, partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions and major transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including EPC and O&M agreements, energy supply contracts, PPAs, and cooperation agreements. Ensure regulatory compliance across operations, including GDPR, labor law, and energy regulations. Support business development by preparing NDAs, letters of intent, and partnership agreements for innovative projects. Provide guidance on claims, variations, and dispute resolution, ensuring smooth project execution. Your Profile Qualified lawyer in Germany with strong experience in commercial and energy law. Expertise in contract law and familiarity with agreements related to renewable energy projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
