We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries across Europe.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals
* Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain competitive and innovative
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to customers in the data center sector and other industries across Europe
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure our UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be beneficial
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
