* Lead and mentor internal consultants, helping build expertise and drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute strategically to solution design, process optimization, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in SAP GTS consulting and implementation.
* Strong understanding of international trade, compliance, and customs management .
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
* Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and comfortable working in client-facing environments.
* Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site in Dortmund or Berlin .
