People\'s health is our daily motivation.Why this role is importantTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a strong, empathetic leader to head up our creative team of around 20 people in the areas of brand, creative direction, graphic, photo, video, and content production, corporate UX/UI design, corporate website, and campaigns. In this role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Communications and ensure that we create effective campaigns, marketing materials and website experiences for global use.Your missionLead and develop the team: Establish clear roles, responsibilities, coaching routines and goals for our team of around 20 people to increase brand consistency, effectiveness, quality and speedBuild an in-house creative agency: Implement effective processes and tools and manage our resources and projectsOrchestrate global media creation: Manage the end-to-end creation of copy/content, graphics, photos and videos for digital and print – including the prioritization of requestsCreate global campaigns: Manage effective, global omnichannel campaigns and thus empower our subsidiariesManage photo and video studios: Ensure the operation and further development of our internal studios in TuttlingenEstablish a corporate UX/UI design system: Develop a company-wide UX/UI design system and anchor its application across all digital touchpointsFurther develop the corporate website: Take charge of the strategy and channel management of the corporate website and measurably improve content, user experience, performance and accessibilityStrengthen brand awareness: Develop and implement a clear brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across assets, channels and regionsAnchor reporting & analytics: Establish meaningful KPIs as an integral part of content and channel management and derive data-based optimizationsEnsure budget, processes and quality: Take responsibility for budget and processes, and continuously optimize internal workflows and toolsManage agencies: Identify suitable partners and manage external agencies in a targeted mannerDegree in marketing, marketing communication, media, communication sciences or business administration with a relevant specialization or a comparable qualificationStrategic understanding of current trends in branding, corporate design, marketing communication, copywriting and websitesAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience – including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in an agency and B2B corporate environmentProficient in staffing resources for the ideal management of internal and external capacitiesAbility to develop strategies and translate them into first-class concepts and effective outputStrong sense of high-quality design, sophisticated copy, digital trends and effective working methodsIntercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills for leading the team and building networks in an international companyConfident use of Microsoft Office and knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and DAM systems such as Censhare is an advantageAnalytical, project and time management skillsOmnichannel and digital first mindset with a passion for people and innovationExcellent written and spoken German and English skillsHR ContactFlexible working hours & mobile working: In many areas, working hours and location can be arranged as required30 vacation days and various special paymentsFurther training opportunities: Open in-house seminar program, extensive e-learning offering, professional development courses and much moreCorporate benefits and bicycle leasingSubsidy for private pension plan and company health managementVarious childcare options – at the headquarters in TuttlingenHealth, sports, cultural and leisure activities – offers vary depending on location #J-18808-Ljbffr
