Job Objective
To manage warehouse operations effectively by ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipments, and compliance with customer, company, and legal standards. *Key Responsibilities*
* To ensure constant and efficient intake of incoming, outgoing and inventory accuracy of goods in the warehouse.
* Adhering to customer and legal requirements and meeting the quality standards required
* Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks like loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping returns etc.
* Responsible for warehouse paper work, including picking, inventory management, and other general duties.
* Ensure all shipping documents and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories.
* Follow the warehouse regulation and give suggestions to improve current guidelines and processes

* Prepare shipments.
* Supply / delivers of any item with rule FIFO (first in first out).
* To check inbound goods against support document for accuracy and damages.

* Notify relevant department of any damaged goods received and place in the quarantine section.
* Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
* To process all necessary steps in the SAP system promptly and accurately.
* Responsible for the housekeeping in the goods areas.
* Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods according instructions like support document.
* Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
* Verify computations against physical count of stock.
* Maintains condition of work area, keep it tidy and clean.
* Performs other duties when required
* Disciplined working with compliance of company rules and regulations within department and reporting to management if deviations noticed anywhere else in the organization
* Responsible for safe operation throughout the whole warehouse.
* Prepare commercial documents for shipments to international customers
* Monitor shipments and Customs clearance. Communicate status and delay of shipments to appropriate parties. Resolve shipment issues and possess the ability to determine when to elevate to management for resolution
* Coordinate with back office for shipments and required documentation.
* Monitor performance of vendors related to warehousing, shipping and import/export facilitation
* Analyse KPIs and suggest actions towards continuous process improvement
* Manage customs clearance procedures, including matters related to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Certificates of Origin (C/O), valuation consultations, and on-spot exports.
* Monitor the performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PLs) for domestic transportation, such as express delivery and trucking.
* Collaborate with regional teams on freight forwarding or other logistics and warehouse projects.
* Oversee the management and development of team members through coaching, delegation and mentorship.

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including international shipping and customs clearance.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations (inbound/outbound), and logistics processes.
* Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems for inventory and shipment management.
* Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Certificates of Origin (C/O), and import/export regulations.
* Proven ability to manage vendors, freight forwarders, and domestic transport providers.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
* Ability to analyze KPIs, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle shipment delays, vendor performance issues, and escalate where necessary.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
* High level of discipline, accuracy, and compliance orientation in line with company policies and safety regulations.
* Physically fit to manage warehouse operations (loading, unloading, inspections when required)
