Operations & Manufacturing Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Operations & Manufacturing Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling a brand-new manufacturing site in Bad Homburg, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, assembly, IT, stock, and fulfillment functions. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage all operational aspects of the new manufacturing site. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across production, technical support, IT, and logistics. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce cycle times. Act as the key liaison for production planning, staff performance, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure all inspections, calibrations, maintenance, and documentation meet regulatory standards. Ideal Background: 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, with at least 3 in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Proven experience managing production units in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, life sciences, or automotive). Strong knowledge of mechanical/electromechanical assembly. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, and ERP systems. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
