Our client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Customer Solutions Engineer / Solution Architect to join their Customer Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with customers to design and implement technical solutions that maximize the value of their tools and improve their overall quality of life.
This can be a remote role based in Germany or a hybrid role based in Zurich, Switzerland. Applications outside of these requirements can not be considered. This can not be worked remotely from any other country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customized integration solutions using Workato, our client's iPaaS platform, to connect customers with various external systems
* Design and configure integrations to automate workflows, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience
* Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions
* Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales, providing guidance on integration best practices and identifying opportunities for automation
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration solutions
* Identify and pursue opportunities to improve integration processes and optimize the customer implementation experience
* Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing by developing training materials and best practices for the customer success team
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical development or sales engineering, with a focus on integrations and software/SaaS environments
* Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations using Workato and related technologies
* Strong understanding of integration technologies, including SSO, API development, and system synchronization
* Experience with Python and related tools for developing complex integrations
* Ability to manage multiple technical implementation projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions
* Strong results-driven mindset, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
