Job Title: Senior Sales Director
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of National Account Managers.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
* Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers
* Manage sales forecasts, gross margins, trade spends, and revenue targets
* Negotiate agreements with local and regional customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
2. Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Experience working with mass and discount channels is preferred
* Familiarity with grocery and discount channels is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
