What you'll do
* Develop and implement stakeholder-oriented change management strategies, translating complex change plans into actionable measures and tracking success through defined KPIs
* Coach and guide business leaders to support their teams through organizational and cultural change, fostering a positive transformation mindset
* Drive user adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related business applications through targeted communication, training, and enablement initiatives
* Address resistance to change by identifying root causes and implementing strategies to overcome barriers, while promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in change management efforts across the organization
Who you are
* Bring expertise in change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter, with a strong understanding of organizational and cultural transformation
* A background in change management consulting is beneficial, providing valuable insights into best practices and methodologies
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively
* Fluent in English and at least one additional language, with German language skills considered a strong advantage
