Responsibilities
* Teach either STEM subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences) or Social Sciences (e.g., History, Geography, Politics, Ethics) at lower secondary level (Sekundarstufe I, Gymnasium) in an engaging and interactive way.
* Deliver lessons in English, ensuring a high level of language immersion.
* Design and implement creative teaching strategies that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and maintain a supportive learning environment.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
Qualifications
* Native-level proficiency in English.
* Valid teaching license or certification is required.
* Strong background in STEM subjects or Social Sciences (including Ethics).
* Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
* German language skills at B1 level (mandatory); B2 level preferred.
* Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is an advantage.
* Previous teaching experience in an international or bilingual setting is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
