About the role

If you are ready for your next career challenge we can promise you we have the one! With Voyado you will sell the most user-friendly cloud-based loyalty platform on the market to primary retailers, e-commerce companies, and brands. Your main point of contact are C-levels and managers within marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and IT.

Together with the DACH Country Manager, one Sales Manager, one Commercial Engineer and two dedicated SDRs, your mission will be to grow Voyado in the German-speaking market. This means landing new logos in a region where the brand Voyado is not as known as in Northern Europe and where we compete against household companies.

Your responsibilities:

* Contribute to building and strengthening Voyado’s presence in the DACH region.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail and D2C industry.
* Own and manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing agreements.
* Research and understand the strategic and operational needs of target accounts, and clearly communicate how Voyado creates value for them.
* Deliver tailored, high-quality pitches and demos that showcase the impact of Voyado’s solutions.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers, budget owners, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Collaborate closely with partners, agencies, and system integrators.
* Represent Voyado with pride by building your personal brand - both online and at industry events.

You will have a lot of support from your colleagues in the SDR, partner and marketing teams, but it will be essential to do lead generation yourself and you will not shy away from cold calling

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy a varied challenging job, and like to get results. Furthermore, you understand the customer's needs and show solutions based on that.

Skills & Background:

* Experience in new business sales within retail, e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing SaaS-solutions or similar, with a successful track record
* Experience in complex sales, having the skills and endurance to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Understanding of the processes and complexity in the omni-channel, PoS, and E-Commerce space
* Ability to do product demos by showing the business value instead of features
* Selling and communicating to C-levels (e.g. CMO, CDO) comes naturally to you
* Fluency in German and English. If you're also able to communicate in Italian and/or French it is a big plus.
* Experience with MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.

Having decision-makers in the retail industry, partners, agencies and SIs in your network is highly meritorious.
