Drive Strategic Financial Leadership on a Global Stage:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Treasury to lead and evolve our global treasury function. This is a high-impact executive role for a seasoned finance leader who combines strategic foresight with operational excellence and thrives in complex, multinational environments.
Your Strategic Mandate:
1. Liquidity & Capital Structure: Architect and oversee global cash management, intercompany financing, and liquidity planning
2. Treasury Infrastructure: Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System and manage global banking relationships
3. M&A & Corporate Finance: Shape financial structuring and execution of M&A transactions
4. Risk Governance: Define and execute hedging strategies; manage counterparty and investment risks
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with banks, rating agencies, and credit insurers.
6. Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing, multicultural treasury team
Qualifications
7. Master's degree in Finance or Business; CFA/CEFA a plus
8. 10+ years of treasury leadership in multinational corporations (automotive/manufacturing preferred)
9. Expertise in liquidity management, capital markets, and financial instruments
10. Proven risk mitigation, compliance, and stakeholder management experience
11. Fluent in English and German; additional languages advantageous
12. Strategic thinker, decisive leader, and trusted advisor to executive leadership
