Your tasks
8. Establishing, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in rheumatology (clinicians, general practitioners, specialists, medical assistants, pharmacists)
9. Achieving turnover and sales targets and expanding the product portfolio in your area
10. Regular implementation and adherence to the communication plan
11. Active use of all available channels to create an individual multi-channel customer journey
12. Application of agile working methods
13. Effective use of all analysis tools (e.g. digital assistant, advanced analytics, omnichannel customer journey, persona segmentation)
Your profile
14. Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative (certification according to §75 AMG) or completed scientific studies
15. Several years of experience in field sales for medical specialists and clinics
16. Professional experience in the field of rheumatology
17. Excellent ability to communicate complex medical content in an understandable way
18. High level of personal responsibility, integrity and discretion
19. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
20. Permanent residence in the advertised area
