Aufgaben

Join our Country Operational Marketing team and help build portfolio performance, commercial excellence, and market relevance across the Collision & Allied segments. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a true partner to Sales and an important connector to EMEA Product & Segment leadership. You will maximize market share, accelerates profitable growth, and ensure our offering aligns with customer needs and market dynamics.

Main responsibilities:

Sales enablement and commercial impact

  • Equip Sales teams with compelling value propositions, tools, and training to win in front of customers.
  • Improve commercial excellence through tools and adoption by developing impactful sales materials and ensuring successful rollout of promotions, programs, and new product launches.

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Increase the product portfolio to increase sales, profitability, including launches and SKU rationalization.
  • Ensure market positioning and act as the product expert, guiding teams on value, applications, and customer-relevant messaging.

Pricing and profitability

  • Define and manage pricing strategy by aligning with competitive intelligence and central guidance to ensure market positioning and profitability.

Market insights and Voice of Customer

  • Translate customer feedback and competitive intelligence into applicable strategies.
  • Monitor competitor actions, product innovations, pricing behaviors, and market trends to feed strategic decisions at country and EMEA level.

Market activation and performance tracking

  • Lead promotions, support go-to-market execution, and monitor performance.

Demand Planning & Product Availability

  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and European demand teams to ensure product availability aligned with market needs.

Sales Supports, Business Excellence and Communication

  • Create and deliver effective sales tools by building compelling pitches and materials that clearly communicate product value and empower Sales teams to succeed.
  • Drive efficiency and alignment by leveraging AI tools to accelerate go-to-market execution.

Profil
  • Technical background or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management (in B2B / technical environments)
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships in a complex, matrix organization.
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and translate market intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics and recommendations.
  • Digital curiosity (AI tools), proficient in Windows and MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Willingness to travel domestically within Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English
