Job Description :

* 本地劳动法合规

遵循最佳实践和合规要求,制定并维护符合现行及当地法律法规的人力资源政策和流程,有效满足业务团队的需求,为员工和经理提供人力资源支持,确保您的建议符合公司政策和现行劳动法规。

* 负责端到端的招聘流程:

与招聘经理合作,确定当前和未来的招聘需求;利用招聘网站、职业页面和社交网络制定招聘策略;组织并参与招聘活动、招聘会和校园招聘,以拓展潜在候选人并建立人才库;规划面试和甄选流程,包括电话筛选、评估和现场面试。

* 试用期与员工关系

参与员工试用期管理当中,积极主动地处理员工申诉和劳资纠纷,通过员工关怀举措,营造支持性的工作环境,提升员工士气、凝聚力和留任率,同时维护和谐的劳资关系。

* 文化融合与倡导

作为文化大使,将企业价值观和实践融入业务部门。组织文化活动,培养积极的团队精神。监督企业价值观和管理原则的执行情况,确保文化契合和组织健康发展。

* Local Labor Law Compliance

Follow best practices and compliance requirements, develop and maintain HR policies and processes that comply with current and local laws and regulations, effectively meet the needs of business teams, provide HR support to employees and managers, and ensure your recommendations comply with company policies and current labor laws.

* End-to-End Recruiting Process Responsibility:

Work with recruiting managers to identify current and future recruitment needs; develop recruitment strategies using recruitment websites, career pages, and social networks; organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment to expand the pool of potential candidates; plan interview and selection processes, including telephone screening, assessments, and on-site interviews.

* Probation and Employee Relations

Participate in employee probation management, proactively handle employee grievances and labor disputes, create a supportive work environment through employee care initiatives, improve employee morale, cohesion, and retention, while maintaining harmonious labor relations.

* Cultural Integration and Advocacy

As a cultural ambassador, integrate corporate values and practices into business units. Organize cultural events to foster a positive team spirit. Monitor the implementation of corporate values and management principles to ensure cultural alignment and healthy organizational development.

Requirements:

* 拥有人力资源管理或相关专业的学士或硕士学位,在德国毕业者优先考虑。
* 2-3年相关工作经验,至少具备招聘和员工关系方面的经验。

* 精通英语、普通话和德语。

* A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or similar, graduated in Germany is a plus.
* 2-3 years of experience in related roles, at least experience in recruitment and employee relationship.
* You have great change management and project management experience.
* You have extensive HR experience and knowledge, including proficiency in local labour laws in Germany. You have strong business acumen and interest in business practice.
* Knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. (preferably also other European countries).
* Proficient in English and Mandarin, German.
