We are mandated by a PE-Backed European Healthcare Services business who are seeking a Transformation Director to report to and support their COO, and broader C-Suite, across a variety of Transformation and Strategic initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong consulting background to have a tangible impact on a business that is going through company-wide transformation, following investment.
This role will be largely based around the Dusseldorf area with expectation of travel to sites across Germany and Benelux.
Salary guidance: €90,000 - €120,000 base salary + bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate Group strategy into a clear transformation roadmap with KPIs, owners, and financial targets.
* Shape and prioritize commercial, operational, and digital initiatives across countries.
* Lead the transformation rhythm through weekly tracking, monthly reviews, and board reporting.
* Maintain transparent initiative tracking with consistent financial and operational metrics.
* Align Country Managers and functional leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) around shared priorities.
* Bring a data-driven, objective voice to challenge assumptions and strengthen decisions.
* Support rollout and adoption of digital platforms (ERP, HubSpot, AI tools, client portals).
* Redesign workflows to improve margin, speed, and quality
Experience Required:
* Top-tier strategy consulting background (3+ years) working across Transformation and/or Operations projects
* Examples of having worked projects across Manufacturing and/or Healthcare sectors.
* Execution-focused: turns frameworks into results.
* Strong financial understanding (P&L, cash, cost levers).
* Clear communicator who simplifies complexity and builds senior buy‑in.
* High pace, low ego; thrives in demanding, multi-country environments.
