Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing onboarding sessions, training programs, and managing employee development plans.
* Design and organize onboarding sessions and training programs.
* Manage training logistics and relationships with external providers.
* Track employee development plans and maintain training records.
* Support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles.
This role combines Learning & Development initiatives with recruitment for early-career roles and managing apprentices during their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
Design and deliver effective onboarding sessions and training programs to ensure new employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs successfully.
Develop and implement employee development plans that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Recruitment:
Assist in the recruitment process for early-career roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations.
Apprenticeships:
Manage apprentices during their apprenticeship, providing guidance and support to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
A strong understanding of Luxembourg labor law and experience in Learning & Development and recruitment.
