HBC Service is an innovative family business with a focus on building cleaning. Our customers include large Dax 40 companies, retail chains, but also innovative internet companies and many more. For our location in Hanover, we are looking for a motivated Property Manager (m/f/d).
Tasks
What you will contribute
* Support of customer objects
* Team management of our cleaning staff
* Design of personnel planning (shift planning / working time monitoring, hiring process, sickness and vacation organization)
* Monitoring of contractually agreed cleaning services and hygiene standards
* Regular quality audits
* Complaint management and customer care
* Inventory management / material orders
Qualifications
What you bring with you
* At least 2 years of experience as a team leader in commercial cleaning, preferably in office buildings
* Training as a building cleaner is a plus
* Prerequisite: Theoretical building cleaning know-how.
* Independent, responsible and structured way of working
* Strong communication skills
* Good handling of common computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
