Aufgaben
~80% outbound prospecting via phone
~ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Product to generate qualified pipeline
~ Operate confidently in HubSpot - you know your metrics and own your pipeline
~ Manage daily tasks efficiently within the CRM – you own your pipeline and priorities
Qualifikation
~3+ years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting
~ Strong CRM skills (HubSpot) – able to build dashboards, reports, and automations independently
~ Excellent task management and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
~ Smart, structured, and analytical mindset – strong academic background and quick learner
~ High self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills
~ German at native proficiency (C2+) and strong English (C1), paired with outstanding communication and expression skills in German
