We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Salesforce environment, optimizing its use, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with various departments to enhance system efficiency, streamline operations, and provide critical insights through custom reports and dashboards.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
* Design and implement system enhancements and configurations, such as custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, and validation rules.
* Monitor data integrity and manage data loads and updates using tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard.
* Create and manage workflows, process builder, approval processes, and flows to optimize business processes.
* Generate customized reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
* Perform regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and maintain documentation of changes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, working with Salesforce support when necessary.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.


Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of Salesforce administration experience in a corporate setting.
* Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
* Experience with data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Import Wizard.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.


Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Salesforce Lightning and its components.
* Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.
* Familiarity with third-party integrations and AppExchange applications.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
