Your Day to Day:
* SAP user support for our national and international customers
* Handling customer inquiries regarding our software solutions in the area of credit management - including conducting online software analyses with the customer
* Receiving, resolving, and documenting error reports
* Configuring our software to meet user requirements
* Conducting software tests and implementing adjustments
Qualifications:
* Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial field, or a relevant university degree
* Professional experience in the SAP environment; experience in credit management is an advantage
* Experience as an application supporter is a plus
* High level of personal responsibility and above-average commitment
* Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
* Independent, quality- and service-oriented working style
* Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
