Hauptaufgaben Serves as a Financial Systems Specialist performing a wide range of analytical duties related to planning, supporting, maintenance and end user provisioning of financial execution and accounting systems that support the USAREUR-AF enterprise. Systems to include but not limited to General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), GCSS-Army, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), etc. Serves as Primary Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Administrator for the USAREUR-AF. Manage and control access to a system through the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) application. Ensure all individuals with access to GFEBS are vetted and approved. Maintains reference sources and work records, and generates reports as required. Monitors operation of the assigned financial systems and provides advice, guidance and instructions in their use. Perform duties as alternate Group Administrator in PIEE. Determines need for and submits System Change Request to enhance the systems. Advises management of system problems and recommends solutions. Determines the need for training of employees in use of the various systems and ensures that it is scheduled and provided. Assist with scheduling and recommend necessary training classes for various levels of access to support proper execution, reporting and oversite of funding allocated to USAREUR-AF. Develops and issues local instructions as necessary regarding the assigned systems. Provides guidance and technical assistance to command and subcomponents on the operations of the financial systems that safeguard the established system controls, audit, and fiscal for all programs, work assignments, systems used, such that compliance audit pass rates. Analyzes regulations and policies to promote efficient and effective use of command resources.
