Your tasks
9. Supporting the Eurofighter Integration Manager in the timely, coordinated capacity planning as well as its communication and explanation to internal and external stakeholders (CoCs, CES and PMOs)
10. Creation, maintenance and tracking of detailed project structure plans
11. Maintenance of Risk and Opportunity Management (Assumptions, Exclusions, Risk and Opportunity Register)
12. Performance monitoring through tracking milestones, managing activities, and regular reporting.
13. Performing configuration control and change management with regard to offer and contract data
14. Implementation management for project management processes and the associated tools (such as Confluence and Jira)
15. Preparation of know-how and lessons learned for continuous process optimization
Your profile
16. Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree)
17. More than 5 years of solid professional experience in engineering, project management and the aerospace industry
18. Essential experience in the field of technical planning is required.
19. Expert knowledge in the use of the IT tools MS Excel and MS Project
20. Essential knowledge of Confluence and Jira is required.
21. Knowledge of Google Workspace and experience in using AI tools (especially Gemini) are advantageous.
22. Fluent English skills and proficient German skills
23. Strong analytical and systemic as well as interdisciplinary thinking skills
24. A high degree of independence, communication skills, commitment, flexibility and resilience.
25. Willingness to undergo a security clearance (the position is Ü1-relevant and subject to export control)
