Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key business priorities, seasonal themes, and campaign goals. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Customer Success) to source and curate timely, relevant content. Content Creation & Editorial Excellence Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and nurture series. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all email content while tailoring tone for different audience segments. Create content briefs and collaborate with designers to ensure visually cohesive and engaging email layouts. Content Management & Workflow Manage the content lifecycle for email—from ideation to execution and performance review. Coordinate review and approval processes across stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain a central repository of email content assets, templates, and guidelines for internal use. What You Bring: 3 years of experience in content creation, editorial work, or content marketing—preferably with a focus on email or newsletters. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across campaigns. Proven ability to plan and manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with email marketing platform (Microsoft Dynamics) A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and an understanding of what drives audience engagement. Bonus Points Experience developing email content for different stages of the customer journey. Background in journalism, editorial publishing, or creative copywriting. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-rich environment.
