Procurement Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a leading company, we operate in 19 countries and employ over 9,000 dedicated staff members.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Procurement on overall governance, process design, and continuous improvement projects.
* Becoming a Procurement Process Expert is crucial, supporting the end-to-end procurement process and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
* This role involves driving the development of procurement reporting and analytics, implementing comprehensive dashboards for the whole function and external business owners.
* Cross-functional collaboration is key, working with the Group Finance function, among others, and supporting financial monitoring and control of savings initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex datasets from various sources, consolidating them into a single overview that embeds spend, savings, and contract lifecycle metrics.
Key Requirements:
* A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Operational Excellence or equivalent is preferable.
* Strong affinity for IT, ideally working with a procurement suite as a Key User, preferably Coupa or SAP Ariba and SAP ERP.
* Good to excellent proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of computer systems is required.
* A solid analytical mindset, detail-oriented, structured, and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility is essential.
* You should be able to communicate complex principles to various audiences and stakeholders and adapt your tone accordingly.
