About the Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Investment Analyst (m/f/d) to join our client’s Investment Team in Düsseldorf. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate to kickstart their career in investment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the team in analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities
* Building and maintaining cash flow and financial models (Excel-based)
* Assisting with due diligence and preparing investment memoranda
* Conducting market and asset-level research to identify new opportunities
* Working closely with senior team members on deal structuring and execution
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
* Strong financial modeling skills (cash flow modelling experience required)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
* Genuine interest in real estate and investment
